THQ has given fans of Voltron a twin stick shooter, in the vein of the classic arcade game, Jackal. You get to pick any of the five Lions at the beginning of the stage and with a sweet intro to the mission thanks to THQ using actual clips from the original Voltron animated series you are ready to bring a whole bunch of pain to the forces of King Zarkon.

Shred Nebula Review (Xbox 360)
http://reviews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/1561/Shred-Nebula/p1
"At first glance, Shred Nebula looks like a quick cash-in on the current Geometry Wars craze. However, its unique control scheme—more akin to classic Asteroids—proves it has little in common with the popular dual-stick-controlled series. In fact, despite resembling an arcade shooter you would’ve controlled with a joystick and single button back in the day, its mechanics are fairly complex. Direction is steered with the left stick, but forward and reverse thrusters are powered with the left trigger and bumper, respectively. Toss in a variety of weapons, shields, and other spacecraft-enhancing abilities mapped to the rest of the gamepad’s bevy of buttons and triggers, and you’ve got a cockpit full of controls that’d make Buck Roger’s head spin.
