#webcams

I had an old Dell Windows laptop gathering dust, so I decided to build a setup with that as a dedicated video management machine that provides a virtual camera over the network to my other computers. This blog post describes how I set it up.

"This investigation into the remote spying allegedly being conducted against students at Lower Merion represents an attempt to find proof of spying and a look into the toolchain used to accomplish spying. "

"These odd designs also incorporate a clock around the lens, and have stubby little flexible arms that can hold a pencil, pen or message."

"just carefully remove the tiny lens from your optical drive and affix it in place on the webcam with some cardboard and tape (they apparently didn't remove the webcam's lens)"
