#lastfm

I guess this explains why I don't see Last.fm events on FriendFeed. Funny how it happened almost a year ago: "A number of FriendFeeders complained that Last.fm was showing up too often in their feeds because we tracked every song you listened to. We updated our service so that we will only publish the songs you explicitly marked as "loved" in Last.fm. We hope this will make the Last.fm entries more useful and a bit less frequent."

"And then there’s this kind of mashup. Take a Last.fm user or artist name, plug it in and your personalized stream of YouTube videos appears."

"It is surprisingly hard to type when nestled in a pool of balls"

"From the moment Radiohead announced their plans for latest release ‘In Rainbows’ we’ve been itching to see how you, the listeners, would respond."

"Today, Last.fm was acquired by CBS, a company who had the first commercial radio station in the US, ran a record label (CBS Records), and amongst other things are responsible for several respected TV series (CBS on Wikipedia)."
